The Board of Education of Independent School District #238 met in regular session on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 7:00 pm in the Media center.
Members present: Adkins, Hall, Kuhn, Loppnow, Rein, Soiney, Weidemann and Supt. Backer
Members absent:  None
Also present:  David Stoeger, Katie Larson, Lana Hollar, Chris Hansen, Lynette Donald, Hannah Wingert, Todd Lechtenberg and Jeff Nolte.
The meeting was called to order by Chair Kuhn.
The Pledge of Allegiance was said.
Motion by Loppnow, second by Soiney and carried unanimously, to approve the May 20, 2014 minutes.

  1. Consider the approval of the second reading of the Pupil Transportation To/From Childcare Locations*+  This was tabled pending more information!
Financial Report
 
  1.  Discussion was held on the 2013-2014 ISD 238 Budget Update*
  2. Motion by Loppnow, second by Hall, to approve the 2014-2015 ISD 238 Budget*
Motion by Adkins, second by Soiney and carried unanimously, to approve payment of monthly bills.
Motion by Loppnow, second by Weidemann and carried unanimously, to approve the Electronic Fund Transfers.
