| July 17, 2007 The Board of Directors of Independent School District No. 238 held a special joint board meeting with Spring Grove. Mabel-Canton Board Members present: Brian Aberg, Jane Hall, Mary Kuhn, Kaye Laitinen, Troy Soiney, Dave Swenson and Supt. Marcia Love Spring Grove Board Members present: Aaron Solum, Michelle Boreson, Shannon Schuttemeier, Kenneth Anderson, Kristi Folz and Supt. Jim Busta Also present: Barb Kerns, Jan Lee, Nancy Gulbranson and Chris Hansen The meeting was called to order by Chair Kuhn. Discussion was held between the two school boards on curriculum, sharing of teachers, time schedules of each school’s day and future class offerings and sizes.
