| School Board Special Meeting Minutes Strategic Planning Meeting December 14, 2022 The Board of Education of Independent School District #238 met on Wednesday, November 30th, 2022 at 6:10 pm in the Media Center. Members present in person: Wilder, Miller, Marquardt, Weidemann, Tollefsrud, Livingood, Superintendent Kuphal Present via visible-audible technology: Gail Gilman Also present in person: Principal Weidemann Members Absent: Adkins The meeting was called to order at 6:10 pm.
Motion by Weidemann, second by Wilder and carried unanimously, to approve the agenda. Gail gave an update on the plan to the Board. Gail went over Board self evaluation in detail. Future Meeting and Calendar Updates:
